Though the news report doesn't reveal for which show and they may not know the specific purpose, a Los Angeles-based crew from MTV erected a large penis-shaped snow sculpture in front of the Truckee (CA) train depot during the afternoon of March 6th.
The pic makes it appear to be squirting some kind of liquid, which a witness account says was white and was being drank by men wearing fur, who were dancing around the monument while being filmed.
