Update: Prop 8 Trial

Earlier, I linked to a story about a media petition to allow cameras into the constitutionality proceedings concerning California's Prop 8.

Well now, backers of the proposition or those opposed to gay marriage have asked the Federal judge to reconsider statements, he has made favoring television coverage because several of their witnesses are fearful of harassment, while those opposing the measure (or the gay-married) say they have nothing to hide.
