Lede: Bucks County & Doylestown PA

Five reporters for the Courier Times and The Intelligencer were dispatched in early October to seek the records requested for the Associated Press project testing Pennsylvania's new Right-to-Know Law. The five requestors identified themselves only by name, as directed, rather than as reporters. Some were recognized by their names.

The Associated Press targeted information and records that should have been available to the public under the law. In one case, an agency refused to comply. The experiences and results of the requestors are detailed below.
