Sen. Charles Schumer's (D-NY) office has received complaints about the lack of privacy curtains during last month's election.
Voting booths with curtains weren't continued when the state upgraded to optical scanning technology, but in response to the 25 complaints they received, the Erie County Elections Commission are working on a remedy, while the Senator is lobbying the state.
